Buyer: is the purchaser of the gift card, meaning the natural or legal person making the purchase
Beneficiary: is the recipient of the gift, meaning the natural person who receives the gift card in paper or digital format gift card 

The gift card can be purchased directly at the spa, or online on the website www.gierresilver.it The buyer is given a receipt for the purchase of the gift voucher.
The gift card or gift voucher is intended for the beneficiary and the credit is accounted for as a prepaid in his name.
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and the expiry date is written on the gift certificate.
The gift card can be used for purchases of any amount, if the credit is not enough, just pay the difference.
The gift card does not give rise to change, nor is it convertible into cash.
The gift cards are nominative and can be used by the holder of the gift voucher or by persons designated by him, in the latter case it is not possible to print a new gift card with a different beneficiary.
The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
The balance of the gift card can be checked at the gift card issuing point of sale.
After the expiration date, the gift cards can no longer be used and will not give the right to any refund of the remaining credit.
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the physical or digital gift card to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reasons.
Gierre. accepts and guarantees the return of the physical or digital gift card by the buyer exclusively for vouchers not yet delivered to the recipient of the gift. SPA management s.n.c. will have to carry out the necessary checks to ascertain that the gift has not been delivered.
By purchasing a gift card, the buyer accepts the foregoing.
Whoever buys the gift card declares himself responsible for the publication of his name and that of the person to whom he gives it. By purchasing the gift card, the buyer declares to implicitly accept this condition.
