Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

This legislation provides in favor of the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection that have been opened after delivery.

The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, i.e .:

the right of withdrawal applies to products in their entirety
the returned product must be received in the same conditions of receipt, NOT USED, in the normal state of conservation
complete with original packaging.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for final consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the any professional activity carried out. The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.

The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw. The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this period, the Customer must communicate to GIERRE the intention to withdraw from the contract with one of the following methods:

Within 3 working days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, GIERRE will send the Customer, to the email address indicated in the order or in the withdrawal request, the Return Authorization (AR) Within 14 days of receipt of the Return Authorization (AR ), the Customer will, at his own expense, ship to the following address:

The deadline is considered met if the Customer sends the product before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.
Refund methods and times

Pursuant to article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, GIERRE will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery); in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this refund.

GIERRE may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the product intact or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever situation occurs first.

For purchases made with one of the following payment methods:

wire transfer
Paypal
Postepay
Cash on delivery

GIERRE will refund by bank transfer.
For purchases made through PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the Customer's account

Withdrawal by the Supplier

GIERRE, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the Customer with a simple motivated communication

a) if it is impossible to fulfill the requested order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered product (pursuant to Article 54, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/05).
b) if there are reasons such as to make the transaction not executable under the normal conditions and procedures envisaged.
In such cases, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
