Orders are shipped within one or two working days from order confirmation or from the date of receipt of payment for advance bank transfers for items in stock.

All shipments for the Italian territory are made with insured package for the full value of the goods, at no additional cost for the customer. For shipments made outside Italy, the insurance amount will be communicated upon order confirmation. The Gierre company undertakes to replace the object if it is stolen or damaged as a result of theft or fire in the shipment.

For purchases over 99.00 euros, transport to Italy is free. For purchases of less than 99.00 euros the cost inclusive of SAFE PLUS insurance and VAT is 7 euros for all of Italy.

Upon delivery of the package, carefully check that the personalized adhesive tape on the package and the package itself are intact, otherwise do not accept it. Orders entrusted to the GLS Courier are delivered within 24 / 72h (for Italy), for shipments to Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and the smaller islands the delivery will take place in 72h. The times are indicative, as they do not depend on us but on the GLS Courier. There may be delivery delays due to bad weather, strikes and uncomfortable delivery areas. For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the state, on average they are 7 working days.

We recommend choosing a destination address where someone is always present to receive the package. If you have special needs and require delivery at specific times, please communicate it in the notes of the order form.
